The making of Palak Dhokla

Mix well chana dal + Water + Palak paste + small pinch of Sodium Bicarb + Lemon juice + Salt + Grated ginger and Microwave for 5 minutes....


Now put it in a plate


Cut it into desired Shape:


Garnish with Mustard seeds, chillies, grated coconut, and coriander:
